Rental Rates - The Roundhouse a large luxury unique 3 bed, 3 bathroom, private detached villa with heated pool, Wifi and bedroom air conditioning
The Villa rental rates are based on 4 guests for a week. Additional guests are charged at £10 per person per night.
The maximum number of guests for the villa is 6 plus a baby. A sturdy Mothercare travel cot can be provided free of charge but own linen must be provided. Highchairs can be arranged subject to a hire charge.
Wifi, pool heating and large pool/beach towels are provided free of charge.
If staying for 11 days or more cleaning/change of linen and towels is provided after a week.
£200 per week non refundable deposit is required to reserve the villa, the full balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday
Discounts may apply to last minute bookings and bookings for more than 7 days please ask for details.
Payment can be made by bank transfer to a UK or Spanish bank account or by Paypal using the friends and family option, please ask for details.
