We have just returned from 11 days at the Roundhouse. Having been to Lanzarote before we spent a lot of time at the villa relaxing! We really appreciated the comfortable outdoor seating and the quieter spots to sit. The pool was glorious, really warm and the garden was completely private. Having three large bedrooms and bathrooms was a luxury and the villa was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed a nice walk to the Papagayo beaches and to Marina Rubicon from the villa. Such a relaxing place to stay and any issues we had were sorted out very quickly. Thank you!
From the start, the villa looks exactly as described! The area is so peaceful and quiet with amazing transport to playa Blanca and a lovely walk along the coast to the marina with amazing bars and restaurants. The hosts Jane and Chris were amazing and always on hand to contact if any issues arose and with questions, answered. Amazing villa, so clean and beautiful! Will definitely be coming back in the future!!
We stayed at the roundhouse over Christmas and had such a wonderful time. The villa was clean and tidy and has everything you need. There is a supermarket just down the road which is very handy and the marina is a short stroll away along the sea front. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and any communication we had with the owners was super. We would love to go back again!

The wife and I have stayed in Los Coloradas on many occasions but in different villas. We then found Jane & Chris’s villa "The Roundhouse”. From the start the correspondence with Jane was second to none. On arrival at the villa every thing was exactly as described. The villa is well maintained, extremely clean and filled with little touches here and there for a homely feel. In fact A1 Villa (property management) came just as we arrived to replace a broken parasol base. He stayed to have a little chat and was great as it put our minds at rest that if help was needed, it was just down the road. A generous welcome pack and a hygiene pack was waiting for us in the kitchen and showed the owners cared about their guests welfare, especially during the COVID pandemic. Every area of the villa is exactly described, and so much better in real life. The villa is in a quiet residential area but walking distance to the Papagayo Beaches and local bars or restaurants. Only slightly further afield is the main promenade of Playa Blanca and the ferry port. We have already passed The Roundhouse details to family and friends, and told Jane we will be back. Thank-you for sharing your villa with us. Don’t hesitate ….. book it !!!

Fabulous holiday villa, clean and spacious, well equipped with a lovely pool and garden. We had a lovely family holiday this year at the Roundhouse Villa. The Villa was spotless and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Although the weather was overcast and cloudy for the first 4 days of our stay we still managed to get plenty use of the pool as it was lovely and warm and cleaned regularly by the agents who were on hand with any enquiries we had. Jane made the whole process from enquiry to booking straight forward and nothing seemed too much bother for her. Would also like to thank Jane for the very detailed directions to the villa (the hire car sat nav was missing) so arriving at night and driving on the opposite side of the road was stressful enough but having clear directions soon had us settle in the villa. There was plenty outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sun with separate patios around the villa, large comfortable seating area and loungers around the pool. The WiFi was excellent and we made good use of the pool table that is available to hire, with DVDs, Xbox, games and books there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. We would definitely return for another holiday at the Roundhouse villa. Thanks Jane and Chris for a lovely holiday at your fabulous villa.
