The Roundhouse, Playa Blanca, is situated on the edge of a quiet residential area within 1000m2 located in the exclusive area of Las Colorados, Playa Blanca, and about a 5 min walk from El Pueblo, shopping centre. The shopping centre has a great supermarket with fresh meat, fruit and vegetables plus everything else you could need, a children's playground, cafes/bars/a great Gin tapas restaurant, sports bars plus a variety of other shops. Here you can also hire Segway’s, bikes, cars, paddle boards, to name but a few! There is a taxi rank at the shopping centre and a great bus service near the great Casa Carlos Argentinian restaurant.
The first beach of the Papagayo National Park is about a 10 min walk or the fun beach of Dorada 10 mins by car or bus, plus there is a great rock pooling beach just behind El Pueblo.
Follow the well-lit coastal path for 15/20 min walk and you will come across Marina Rubicon with a superb Marina lots of restaurants and activities and shops for all the family. There is also a local market here on Wednesdays and Saturdays plus book to dive the amazing world underwater or learn how to sail.
We recommend a car as the Island has so much to see so it is worth taking time to look through the information leaflets provided in the villa to decide where to see first.
The villa boasts a fine garden, heated pool and space to find a quiet corner to read a book. Sleeping 6+baby this luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom detached villa has everything you could possibly need. There is a large patio/terrace area partly covered with bamboo for shade, overlooking the heated kidney shaped large pool with curved rattan sofas, wooden dining suite plus charcoal barbecue for alfresco dining. In addition the house has another private outside area ideal for chilling out on the rattan sunbeds. WiFi is included free of charge. Parking is available in the villas driveway or there is ample parking available along the street.
Our villa is looked after by very experienced English managers who ensure you have a trouble-free holiday. A welcome pack is provided with everything you need for a cup of tea/coffee on your arrival. My agents are happy to visit and explain where everything is if required. Optional extras available at a small cost are the hire of extra-large pool/beach towels, and a Pool table.
